Dude, this was seriously awesome. I'm from out of town and stopped in to inquire about where I could buy a padlock for my trailer. Greg at the desk went back into the shop to see if they had anything on hand and the next thing I knew, one of the mechanics hopped on his motorcycle and took off. Four minutes later he was back from his house and I had a hand-me-down lock. They had nothing to gain from me, as I was just passing through, but they went the extra mile (literally!) and got me squared away. Had serious brake issues, and called Pro Automotive for help. They got me in the next day, and had the problem fixed by 5:00, and for a lot less than expected. Haven't had a brake problem since. Absolutely recommend them.
